Roles & Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for sales and building capabilities & practice for Real estate & Commercial industry in order to achieve inorganic growth strategy in Karnataka region market.
· Customer visit plan for every month to engage with the customer and educate about new offerings/developments from Enlite Research.
· Position Enlite & KYB technology – BMS system, Contactless Access control, SaaS solution in Real estate & Commercial industry.
· You have a passion for technology with domain knowledge of the SaaS industry.
· You are able to position KYB (SaaS) as technology partner of choice.
· Responsible for developing and deploying solutions in large integrated solution projects.
· Create and engage partner ecosystem for Solution Development and Deployment.
· Ability to work with internal stakeholders for approvals, solution, etc.
· Guide delivery team to build skills and transfer knowledge and handhold them to deliver projects successfully.
· Candidate shall be required to engage with CXO and should have a pleasant executive presence.
· Live update on opportunity management in HubSpot
· Preparation of costing by sending required information to estimation team and get cost information from Engineering team
· Follow up/Negotiate with customer to close deal and Secure the job in the system.
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets for the Region
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Enlite customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Qualifications
· Candidate must have minimum 5+ years’ experience in selling in Karnataka region
· Engineering Degree (preferred) or Diploma and preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation E &TC, Electrical
· Should have very good techno commercial negotiation skills. Excellent people handing and communication abilities, organizational skills.
· Should be proactive & flourish with minimal guidance.
· Strong networking skill
· Willingness to learn, Self-driven, determined to succeed in tough competitive environment,
· Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external
