AutoCAD-Revit ELV/BMS Draftsmen

Skills Required:

1. Good knowledge of IBMS systems drawings & skills for BMS System, Access Controls, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, etc.

2. Must have sound knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit Software.

3. Must have good enough knowledge/understanding of other MEP & 3D Modeling software.

4. Hand-on Experience & Skill of Generating Shop Drawing.

5. Hand-on Experience & Skill of Generating System Architecture.

6. Hand-on Experience & Skill of Generating Panel GA Diagrams.

7. Hand-on Experience & Skill of Generating Controller Wiring & IFC Diagrams of Equipment.

8. Hand-on Experience & Skill of Generating Electrical Connectivity Diagrams.

9. Good Verbal & Mail Communication Skills for professional follow-ups.

10. Good Relationship Management Skills for smooth Handing Over of documents.

11. Smart enough to understand the site priorities & manage the work accordingly.

12. Understands escalations & acts accordingly.

13. Quick Learner & Grasper of New Skills & Software.

A person with Strong AutoCAD & Revit Commands & Skills and knowledge should understand & manage the system drawings and related woks on day-to-day basis with best of the quality and neatness.

A person shall understand & plan site drawings as per the set standards and improve it by time.

A Person shall provide fast & quick turnaround to the internal team for drawing work requirement in line with the customer expectation & quality and time.

A person shall clearly understand the drawings and related work requirement & works accordingly.

A person shall able to judge the priority & gravity of the site situations & clearly communicate the stack holders either internal or external and manage smooth drawing work accordingly.

A person shall be expected to demonstrate the behaviors like hardworking, smart, self-motivated, ready to learn approach, willing to do & problem solver attitude.

A person shall be good enough do the high quality self-checks for the drawings in best of the quality.

A person shall be good enough to handle the site escalations with ready to do approach.
